Ecuador — Galápagos Islands
day 01
Welcome to the Galápagos
- Your adventure begins upon arrival at San Cristóbal Island, where our team welcomes you at the airport before transferring to your comfortable hotel.
- After settling in and enjoying lunch, we begin our first exploration of the Galápagos with a relaxing sea kayaking excursion along the island’s volcanic coastline. Curious sea lions, marine iguanas, frigatebirds, blue-footed boobies, and sea turtles provide our first unforgettable wildlife encounters.
- The afternoon continues with a snorkeling session in crystal-clear waters before visiting the Interpretation Center, where we discover the fascinating natural and human history of the Galápagos Islands. Welcome dinner and overnight in San Cristóbal.
day 02
Exploring San Cristóbal
- Today we discover one of the Galápagos’ most spectacular marine environments.
- Depending on National Park regulations, we visit either the legendary Kicker Rock (León Dormido) or Punta Pitt, two of the archipelago’s premier snorkeling sites. Swim alongside sea lions, sea turtles, reef sharks, rays, colorful reef fish, and—if conditions allow—even schools of hammerhead sharks.
- Later in the afternoon, we return to the coast for another kayaking excursion, exploring dramatic lava formations and secluded bays while enjoying one of the most beautiful sunsets in the Galápagos.
day 03
Isabela Island Adventure
- A short inter-island flight brings us to the spectacular Isabela Island, the largest island in the Galápagos archipelago.
- Here we launch our kayaks to explore the famous Tintoreras Islets, home to Galápagos penguins, marine iguanas, reef sharks, lava formations, and pristine beaches.
- During the afternoon, we continue by bicycle through mangrove forests, coastal lagoons, giant tortoise habitat, and historic lava landscapes before arriving at the famous Wall of Tears, one of Isabela’s most remarkable historical landmarks.

Volcanoes & Lava Landscapes
- Today’s adventure takes us into the volcanic heart of Isabela Island.
- We hike across the impressive Sierra Negra Volcano, home to one of the world’s largest active volcanic calderas. Spectacular panoramic views, dramatic lava fields, colorful volcanic formations, and the surreal landscapes of Volcán Chico make this one of the expedition’s most unforgettable experiences.
- After returning to Puerto Villamil, enjoy a relaxing afternoon on one of the Galápagos’ beautiful white-sand beaches.
Day05
Giant Tortoises & Santa Cruz Island
- This morning we travel by boat to Santa Cruz Island, continuing our journey through the Galápagos.
- Our first stop is the famous El Chato Giant Tortoise Reserve, where these iconic animals roam freely through lush highland forests.
- Later we explore ancient lava tunnels, visit the spectacular volcanic sinkholes known as Los Gemelos, and, if time permits, discover the important conservation work carried out at the renowned Charles Darwin Research Station before settling into our hotel in Puerto Ayora.
Day 06
Kayaking & Tortuga Bay
- Today we once again take to the water, exploring the beautiful coastline around Punta Estrada by sea kayak.
- Towering lava cliffs, hidden coves, marine iguanas, reef sharks, rays, herons, blue-footed boobies, and colorful Sally Lightfoot crabs create one of the most scenic paddling experiences of the expedition.
- In the afternoon, we hike to the world-famous Tortuga Bay, where pristine white sand beaches, marine iguanas, and nesting sea turtles offer the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Galápagos.
day 07
Discover Puerto Ayora
- Enjoy a slower morning exploring the vibrant town of Puerto Ayora, browsing artisan shops, local galleries, and unique island boutiques.
- Visit a traditional Galápagos chocolate workshop to learn about locally produced chocolate before enjoying your final afternoon surrounded by the relaxed atmosphere of the islands.
- Tonight we celebrate an unforgettable expedition with a farewell dinner, sharing stories and memories from an extraordinary week exploring one of the world’s greatest natural wonders.
day 08
Journey Home
- After breakfast, we begin our transfer across Santa Cruz Island toward Baltra Airport.
- As we leave the Galápagos behind, we take with us unforgettable wildlife encounters, breathtaking volcanic landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and memories of one of the most remarkable destinations on Earth.
- Private transfer to the airport concludes our expedition.
